Owners Kris and Kelly came to Belize to escape the ice and snow as well as the frigid political climate in their homeland of Canada. Bringing with them their two children, tthe families three pet ferrets and far too many socks and sweaters, the family quickly settled in and began making hot and fresh pizza, BBQ and some of Chef Kris' other specialties for new friends and visiting family. In August of 2020 they decided to open a shop so all of Corozal Town and the rest of Belize could enjoy their offerings  as well. After a short 6 months they had outgrown the tiny shop and were left with only one option, to expand and move to a larger location. Armed with a new location and new ovens and a brigade of new staff they opened and began making their signature pizzas and BBQ once again. Since then they have been expanding their menu and and working dilligently with community organizers to give back to the commmunity that has shown them so much support and acceptance all while welcoming  people from all over the world to relax in thier quiet little restaurant nestled on a piece of lush forrest land and enjoy a slice of this great jewel called Belize.
